The duties of our ushers usually include greeting people as they arrive for the service, assisting people with special needs, and collecting the offering.
They are also available to answer visitors’ questions / assist anyone in the congregation who might need help, extend extra help in seating those who need the assistance, minimize distractions during the music and sermon, and to inform those in the sanctuary of any urgent matters.
Our ushers also help with the Lord’s Table during our communion services.
